  • Can we extend the hire after the initial hire period?
    If your enjoying our equipment and wish to extend the hire period you can do this at any point during the hire term, just get in touch.
  • What area do you cover?
    We hire fitness equipment across large parts of the North West England and North Wales regions such as Cheshire, Manchester, Wirral, Merseyside and surrounding areas. If your not sure if we cover your area just email or call with your postcode and we will let you know.
  • How do we going about booking?
    Once you have decided what home gym equipment you would like to hire simply click book online and fill in your details. Once we have received your booking form we will email you back with a quote, how to pay and some delivery dates to chose from.   • Will there be any credit checks?
    No, however we will ask for proof of residency before the equipment is installed. On the day of delivery the installation team will ask you to prove your identity with photo ID (UK drivers licence or passport) and proof of residence with either a bank statement or utility bill that matches the delivery address and photo id.
  • Can we buy the equipment we are hiring?
    Yes, just get in touch during the hire and ask for a price to buy the equipment.
  • How do I pay?
    We offer the following payment options: - Debit/Credit card payment - Bank transfer For orders over £250 you have the option to pay monthly. Initial payment of £100 upfront you, remaining balance will be split up evenly and taken via Direct Debit.
  • What if the equipment stops working?
    If the equipment stops working or something doesn't seem right please stop using the equipment and contact us immediately. We will either repair or replace the equipment as soon as possible.
