Frequently asked questions

Q - Can i pay monthly?
A - No, we no longer offer this service, all hire must be paid in full prior to delivery.

Q - How do i pay?

A - Bank transfer prior to the day delivery or online using your debit or credit card prior to the day of delivery (we will email you the payment link for this method).

Q - How and when will my equipment be delivered?

A - Once we receive your booking form/call, we will call or email you and offer you some delivery dates/times. We aim to deliver within 1-2 days and also deliver during evenings and weekend if you are not available during the day. We deliver all of our own equipment. We install the equipment in your desired location and provide a demonstration of how it works.

Q - Is there a charge for collecting the equipment?

A - No.

Q - I currently have a piece of your equipment on hire, can I buy it?

A - Yes, simply give us a call before your hire period runs out to discuss our prices.

Q - Can I extend my period of hire?

A - Yes, just give us a call, text or email and we can extend your period of hire.

Q - Will there be any credit checks?

A - No - however we will ask you to prove your identity with photo ID (UK drivers licence or passport) and proof of residence with a bank statement or utility bill that matches the delivery address and photo id.

Q - Where do you deliver?

A - We deliver our home use gym equipment throughout a large area of North West England and North Wales, we also deliver further afield however this may depend on hire duration/equipment hired.

(Please note delivery prices may vary depending on location although we may offer some discount for longer hire terms.)
